Boutique Conferences and Small Group Retreats
Plan your next boutique conference or small group retreat at Indigo Retreat. Upon request, East Lodge’s downstairs area transforms into a poolside conference room overlooking the ocean. With seating for at least 25 people, the 9 metre by 10 metre room also includes an adjoining tea/coffee kitchenette and bathroom facilities. Numerous sitting rooms throughout the house provide space for breakout meetings and sessions. Projector, screen and speakers are also included in the conference room setup and hire fee.
With the conference room set up, the retreat has 8 remaining bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 19 depending on bed configuration and how many people are prepared to share rooms. Each king bed splits in to two singles. Configuration of rooms is: 6 bedrooms x 2 guests, 1 bedroom x 3 guests, and 1 bedroom x 4 guests. For the 8 bedrooms there are 6 bathrooms, some bathrooms are shared and some are ensuites. Additional guests and presenters can be accommodated in nearby luxury homes.
A maximum of 24 people can be seated for sit down dining. The kitchen in East Lodge is perfect for caterers with a large preparation room, twin steam ovens, zip hot and cold water on tap and 6 gas hotplates. There is a large gathering space around an outdoor firepit adjacent to a woodfire pizza oven that is perfect for group gathering and bonding sessions, make your own pizza night is a popular feature of previous group retreats.
